| Character Name: Kamui Fandom: Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle Gender: Male Age: Unknown, appears in late teens Sexuality (if applicable): N/A Original or Anomaly?: Original Personality: Kamui isn’t the most social of vampires. He prefers to keep to himself or his twin brother Subaru, but he doesn’t seem to mind the company of others too much. Don’t expect him to say a whole lot though, since he seems to always be thinking about something. He listens to everything that goes on around him and won’t hesitate to say his mind if he is asked his opinion or if he feels the need to say something. Kamui is also very protective of his twin brother, Subaru and the people that he considers his friends. He will do anything to protect them, even if it means laying his life on the line. Kamui won't hesitate to kill someone if he feels the need to. However, since the death of Subaru, Kamui has become rather depressed, since he was unable to save his twin and blames himself for his death. He was quiet before Subaru died, but afterword, he became even quieter. It wasn’t until he met Sakura, Syaoran, Kurogane and Fai that he began to smile a bit more and open up a little bit. Even though Sakura and her friends didn’t stay in Acid Tokyo for very long, the group had an effect on the vampire. He smiled more often, but still stayed fairly quiet. However, when he found out that Fuuma was Seishiro’s younger brother, Kamui flew into a rage and tried to kill him, but was unable to. Though, their fight was interrupted when Sakura’s feather was found, causing the water underground to become contaminated and the warding around the building to dissolve. After helping save Fai and getting the building and water safe again, Kamui refused Fuuma’s offer travel with him to another world so that he could keep trying to outrun Seishiro. He decided to stay in Acid Tokyo and help protect the people that he was now living with. Strengths/Abilities:Kamui is a vampire and has preternatural speed and strength. Kamui is also very flexible and agile. He also heals rapidly and can take a lot of damage without showing any pain. His hands can turn into sharp claws and cut flesh and clothing easily. He’s also skilled at unarmed combat, preferring to just use his claws. He can also see very well in the darkness and prefers it to the light. Unlike vampires of legend, Kamui can still eat normal food and walk around during the daytime and not get hurt. Weaknesses: Even though Kamui is thought to be immortal, he is far from it. He is hard to injure and kill, but it can still happen, his ability to heal can only go so far. He can be a bit reckless, jumping into fights that he might not be able to win without hesitation and not caring if he gets hurt or not. He doesn’t seem to care about his own safety. Since he is a vampire, he still needs blood to survive. He may be able to eat normal food, but he has to have blood or else he will eventually weaken and starve.
